CHALLENGE
Pet owners are dismissing signs of stress in cats and dogs as bad behaviour or personality quirks.
SOLUTION
A lighthearted, warm online and television campaign helping pet owners understand and identify the commonly misunderstood signs of stress in their pets, offering Ceva's products as the solution. We randomly numbered the misunderstandings to leverage on the sense of duty and guilt owners experience when it comes to looking after their fur babies, prompting them to find out more.
RESULTS
The Adaptil (canine) campaign has not yet been released but the Feliway (feline) campaign resulted in a massive increase in sales. The results are still being assessed.
